Providing Samples for Green Sample Box:

How much does it cost to be in the Green Sample Box?
The fee for businesses to be in the Green Sample Box is $14.95
This includes a listing (live link) on the website as a Green Sample Box participant and the right to send in samples to be included in the Green Sample Box.
If you are a non profit, the fee is only $9.95 to be in the Green Sample Box.

How many samples should I send in?
A maximum of 4 representatives from the same company will be allowed. If you want to send in 100 samples, then you’d be the one and only person for that company. If you want to send in 25 samples (which is what we suggest) then there could be 3 others for your company as well.
Remember your cost which is why 25 is suggested per participant because you have the one time fee of $14.95 plus the amount of samples (minimum retail value of $3.00 each), any packaging of samples, business cards, etc. and shipping the samples to me.

Does my sample have to be from my company?
It’d be best if the sample or product was from the company you represent but understandably some products will be too costly to send in 25 or more of for the Green Sample Box so you may send in an eco friendly green item and include your company information with it. Some businesses are green, natural services and don’t offer a ‘product’ so you can also send in any type of ‘green sample’ along with your promotional information.
Remember there is a minimum retail value of $3.00 per sample.

How many Green Sample Boxes will be sold?
There will be 100 Green Samples Boxes sold per round.

Who buys Green Sample Boxes?
People who are interested in green, eco friendly, natural products and services.
This is ideal way to reach your target market. These are people who are truly interested in green products, businesses so they’re eager to see what you have to offer.

Should I offer a discount with my sample?
Most consumers appreciate a discount, especially around the holidays and with the economy.
You do not “have” to do this, though you’ll probably benefit if you do.

What should I send?
Your sample/product must have a retail value of at least $3.00
Send a sample or actual product from your green environmentally friendly company.
Make sure to include business card, contact information so the recipients can visit your site and shop from you.
